    Rental arbitrage is a model where we lease your property under a corporate lease and legally operate it as a short-term rental. You receive consistent monthly rent, and we handle everything else—guest bookings, maintenance, cleaning, and operations.

  • Will this affect my ability to rent or sell the property later?

    Not at all. We keep your property in premium condition, and since we handle all upkeep and professional cleaning between each guest, it often looks better than it would with a traditional tenant.

  • Who handles the guests and daily operations?

    We do. From guest communication and check-ins to cleaning and emergency maintenance, we manage it all—your involvement is minimal.

  • How do you screen guests?

    Guests are pre-screened through platforms like Airbnb and by using ID verification, reviews, and booking history. We also use smart technology to monitor noise levels and ensure the property is respected.

  • What about insurance and liability?

    We carry short-term rental insurance, and Airbnb includes host protection as well. We also add your property to our liability coverage and can name you as an additional insured if needed.
